Century 21 Connecticut Realty Associates
In the fall of 2007, Century 21 Connecticut Realty Associates approached our firm for a web site that would divert advertising dollars away from print advertising and provide a dynamic online marketing tool. They required foremost the ability for all real estate within the Connecticut Multiple Listings Services (CTMLS) to automatically maintain over 30,000 listed properties from an IDX feed. Addition requirements included the ability to display featured property advertisements and promote new development projects as well as feature company and agent listings.
A second phase of this development began in the winter of 2008. The intentions of this upgrade were to improve the overall aesthetics and usability of the property search functions and provide map overlays for property search results. An AJAX based IDX interface was implemented and additional blogging components were installed for thought leadership resources and achieving additional SEO goals. Our company also provides Century 21 recurring additional search engine optimization solutions, analytical reporting, maintenance of their Google Pay Per Click campaigns, and an aggressive Internet marketing strategy. Project tasks were delivered on time and within budget.

Thrivepoint
In the spring of 2008, our firm was referred to Thrivepoint from a valued client, John Wallace, from Vollmer America. Thrivepoint is a California based Internet marketing company headquartered in San Francisco. This client was in need of a dynamic web site redevelopment solution. The articles posted on the old web site need to be migrated over from the previous database seamlessly but the permalink structure had to be modified for improved SEO goals. It was critical to our client that this development conformed to strict web standards and practices in order to capitalize on aggressive SEO goals. Custom templates and styles were created to complete branding requirements. A completely customized blogging feature set was developed as well. Thrivepoint.com is also our first development to use a Google powered Ajax search function. Project tasks were delivered on time and within budget.
