Century 21 Connecticut Realty Associates
In the fall of 2007, Century 21 Connecticut Realty Associates approached our firm for a web site that would divert advertising dollars away from print advertising and provide a dynamic online marketing tool. They required foremost the ability for all real estate within the Connecticut Multiple Listings Services (CTMLS) to automatically maintain over 30,000 listed properties from an IDX feed. Addition requirements included the ability to display featured property advertisements and promote new development projects as well as feature company and agent listings.
A second phase of this development began in the winter of 2008. The intentions of this upgrade were to improve the overall aesthetics and usability of the property search functions and provide map overlays for property search results. An AJAX based IDX interface was implemented and additional blogging components were installed for thought leadership resources and achieving additional SEO goals. Our company also provides Century 21 recurring additional search engine optimization solutions, analytical reporting, maintenance of their Google Pay Per Click campaigns, and an aggressive Internet marketing strategy. Project tasks were delivered on time and within budget.
