Century 21 Connecticut Realty Associates
In the fall of 2007, Century 21 Connecticut Realty Associates approached our firm for a web site that would divert advertising dollars away from print advertising and provide a dynamic online marketing tool. They required foremost the ability for all real estate within the Connecticut Multiple Listings Services (CTMLS) to automatically maintain over 30,000 listed properties from an IDX feed. Addition requirements included the ability to display featured property advertisements and promote new development projects as well as feature company and agent listings.

In the spring of 2008, our firm was referred to Thrivepoint from a valued client, John Wallace, from Vollmer America. Thrivepoint is a California based Internet marketing company headquartered in San Francisco. This client was in need of a dynamic web site redevelopment solution. The articles posted on the old web site need to be migrated over from the previous database seamlessly but the permalink structure had to be modified for improved SEO goals. It was critical to our client that this development conformed to strict web standards and practices in order to capitalize on aggressive SEO goals. Custom templates and styles were created to complete branding requirements. A completely customized blogging feature set was developed as well. Thrivepoint.com is also our first development to use a Google powered Ajax search function. Project tasks were delivered on time and within budget.

This site was developed to give it’s viewers the sensation of “going on a journey” as you experience Rod Winterrowd’s robust portfolio of interior designs featuring over 160 portfolio images in over a dozen galleries. Our goal involved using Action Script and additional flash components in order to provide a rebuild of his site with the flexibility to update and maintain future gallery additions.

Innoface Systems, INC required a redesign that was XHTML & CSS validated, robust flash headers, a custom PHP contact form, uses server-side includes for faster loading off the server and maintenance. The portfolios use flash components that are easily manageable with XML.

In the Winter of 2007, Vollmer America, a transducer gauge company based out of Germany, desired a web site redesign. This new dynamic development were to be installed on a Content Management System framework that would allow them to organize current pages as well as provide a simple means of adding and archiving newsletter articles, news and events, and new products dynamically. Additional features included flash development, custom search and 404 error pages, and password protected directories for securing sensitive company documents. Along with this custom development, our staff implemented initial search engine optimization techniques for improved organic search results. Project tasks were delivered on time and within budget.

Taylor Freezer of Connecticut is a distributor known all over the United States for their ice cream, shake and slush machines within just about every food service industry. In the spring of 2009, our staff approach Kim Sekelsky, Marketing Director for Taylor Freezers of Connecticut to redesign our summer of 2004 development of their static web site and create a powerful marketing tool that could be globally used by all Certified Taylor Distributors throughout North America. Our goal was to provide Taylor Freezer of Connecticut a web site that had visual appeal, featured a multitude of products and developed profit calculators for different products and yields. Our search engine optimization and internet marketing strategies have placed Taylor Freezers of Connecticut on the first page, if not 1st or 2nd organic ranking on most targeted keyword searches within Connecticut on Google.

The Wedding Dress LLC is a quaint bridal shop out of Portland, Connecticut. Like most wedding dress web sites, The Wedding Dress desired an engaging user-friendly site in a flash environment. Our objective was to create a seamless flash production and still yield great organic keyword rankings, this is usually difficult to accomplish. Our company developed a simple to maintain XML component that dynamically loads an unlimited number of dresses into there flash player. Our Search Engine Optimization, XHTML & CSS validation and initial Internet Marketing Strategy have already landed the first page organic listings in Google.
